Make sure you have a passport that does not expire within 6 months of your travel dates.
 
Please note that our travel agent has set deadlines for room reservations and payment dates. While the first June 3rd date has passed, you can absolutely still book a room under our reserved block/locked in rate all the way until the October date listed on their site; placing a deposit by then ensures you are booked with our block of reserved rooms. Rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed after the October deadline. The deposit is 100% refundable until then - so please reach out to them if you think you might come!

Travel Agent Information

To ensure you have a room, and to get the best rates for the rooms we have reserved, all guests should have their reservations made by October 20th, 2026. A deposit of $100 per room is required to make your initial reservation. The $100 deposit is refundable up until the final payment due date (10/21/2026).
 
All reservations should be paid in full by October 21st, 2026. Guests who make their reservation early will have the ability to make payments over time. Any remaining room balances will be auto-processed on the final due date.

We are currently holding rooms from January 8th &#8211; 13th, 2027; You may book any dates within that timeframe using the <a href="https://www.tripguy.com/11january2027/hamiltonwedding">booking link at the bottom of this website</a>. If you wish to add any additional nights to your stay, inquire with our TripGuy representative directly. Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

Please book through our travel agent - we have the lowest rates locked in. If you find a lower rate elsewhere, they will get it matched or beat and get you into our room block.

Roundtrip/nonstop airport transfers from PUJ Airport will be added for each guest at&nbsp;$60&nbsp;per person through our travel agent.

Flights can be booked at any time through your airline of choice, or, you can reach out to TripGuy to request their assistance. Flights should be from your local airport to PUJ Airport (Punta Cana International Airport, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic).

Booking through our travel agent will ensure you get the best rates in the rooms we reserved for our guests. If you have any questions about the resort or the stay, we recommend going direct with our travel agent (see above for more information). Even if you missed any deadlines - please still go through the travel agent! They can get you the best deals since you are associated with the wedding group. The website link for the resort below is provided to give you a better idea of what is offered at the resort. Please do not book through this link.
